We are looking for Cooking Staff for our Truck Stop Restaurant Food Service operation.
Specific Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Food Preparation:
- Cooking chicken and other menu items according to established procedures.
- Preparing and assembling Pizzas, sandwiches, salads, and other foods.
- Following food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Cleanliness and Maintenance:
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area.
- Sanitizing equipment and surfaces.
- Stocking supplies and ingredients.
- Assisting with other tasks as needed.
- Working as part of a team to meet service goals.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Physical Skills: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy objects, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Food Safety Knowledge: Understanding of food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Teamwork: Ability to work effectively with others.
- Punctuality and Dependability: Being reliable and on time for work.
- Some Fast Food Restaurant experience preferred.
