Qualifications
High school diploma or GED
Experience or training in long-term care (preferred)
Positive attitude and professional demeanor
Excellent phone etiquette and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple phone lines and multitask effectively
Key Responsibilities
Screen and route telephone calls to appropriate individuals or departments
Answer questions promptly, courteously, and accurately
Route deliveries and relay information to staff as needed
Maintain accurate resident census and updated contact lists
Operate facility paging and telephone systems
Receive, sort, and distribute mail
Handle emergency situations calmly and effectively
Direct residents and visitors to appropriate individuals
Investigate and route complaints appropriately
Maintain a neat, clean, and professional appearance
Demonstrate dependability, punctuality, and teamwork
Physical Requirements
Ability to sit, stand, and walk throughout the facility
Use of hands and arms for typing and phone operation
Occasional lifting of office supplies or documents
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
