Summary:

Reporting directly to the Manager of E-Commerce & Digital Marketing, the E-Commerce & Digital Marketing Specialist supports the Manager in leading and facilitating site updates and general site maintenance, including SEO and UX enhancements, managing third-party vendor relationships, customer service, inventory management, merchandising, email, and CRM activities for the celebrity fragrance DTC portfolio. A successful candidate will be a self-starter, comfortable with ambiguity and working in a fast-paced environment. This role requires an individual with an understanding of e-commerce from both a consumer marketing and technical standpoint and who works well cross-functionally. The ideal candidate should also have a demonstrated ability to think strategically and analytically, with a passion for the customer experience and innovation. They will have strong creative and analytical capabilities, and be able to dive deep into raw data on customer behavior to identify insights that inform program initiatives.

Responsibilities:

●     Manage 3rd party e-commerce vendor relationships, including but not limited to Shopify, Klaviyo, Gorgias, and others

●     Manage relationships with the existing agency partners

●     Execute seasonal site updates and general maintenance, working with cross-functional teams to communicate and facilitate e-commerce creative needs

●     Lead the DTC promotional calendar; forecast and anticipate needs for upcoming promotional periods, sharing regular updates with the broader teams and coordinating creative

●     Creates and supports email layouts and strategy in partnership with the Manager

●     Own CRM segmentation, regularly analyzing data and preparing segments to support paid media initiatives identifies solutions to build emails;

●     Maintain and troubleshoot customer service requests and inquiries in partnership with the Warehouse team 

●     Ensure product merchandising and inventory is planned and maintained accordingly

●     Monitor performance analytics across DTC network and digital marketing campaigns against KPIs

●     Conduct seasonal competitive analyses on DTC fragrance and beauty brands 

 

Skills:

●     Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

●     Highly proficient in digital marketing, paid media and CRM segmentation

●     Proficient knowledge of eCommerce business processes and tools such as Shopify

●     Demonstrates a high level of energy and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

●     Strong communication skills necessary to lead relationships with external vendors

●     Proficient in Google Suite (Google Sheets, Slides, etc.)

●     A creative with design experience in Figma is a plus
