Overview
As an Associate, you are the backbone of our daily workflow and the key to a seamless client experience. You will work side-by-side with our talented styling team, learning the ins and outs of a high-end salon while ensuring the space remains immaculate, organized, and welcoming.
This is an incredible opportunity for a licensed cosmetologist (or soon to be licensed) looking to sharpen their skills, gain hands-on industry experience, and fast-track their career.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct Stylist Support: Assist with color prep, formula mixing under supervisor direction, applying color, and executing high-quality blowouts.
- Salon Efficiency: Keep stylist stations clean, sanitized, and turned over quickly between clients. Ensure towels and capes are constantly laundered, folded, and stocked.
- Elevate the Client Experience: Warmly greet guests while assigned to the front desk, prepare and serve beverages, and manage the shampoo bowl experience with luxury treatments and scalp massages.
Qualifications
- Must hold a valid cosmetology license or be currently enrolled in an accredited beauty school and graduating soon.
- A strong passion for the hair industry and a desire to learn advanced techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills—you love talking to people and making them feel pampered.
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment, with a proactive “see a need, fill a need” mindset.
- Punctual, professional appearance, and a reliable team player.
- Full time availability and reliable transportation.
