This role is for someone who can take the heart of our brand — life changing doughnuts, welcoming shops, and joyful experiences — and turn it into a story the whole nation wants to be part of. You’ll lead the charge in building our marketing strategy that gets people talking, tasting, and coming back for more
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to boost brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth.
• Lead digital marketing efforts, including social media, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and content creation.
• Manage partnerships with influencers, media outlets, and franchisees to align local and national campaigns.
• Oversee the marketing budget, track ROI, and analyze performance metrics.
• Collaborate with the creative team to produce compelling visuals, promotions, and seasonal campaigns.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
Support franchise development by creating marketing toolkits and training materials.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
• 7 years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role, preferably in the food & beverage or franchise industry.
• Proven track record in digital marketing, brand management, and campaign execution.
• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
• Familiar with marketing software (Adobe Creative Suite, social media platforms).
