Den/Baker (Back of House) Overview:
Hand craft a quality layered doughnut from start to finish that meets or exceeds the Parlor standard. Den/Back of House workers are responsible for ensuring a full display of doughnuts, while meeting the needs of the customer.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Prepare layered doughnuts from start to finish.
- Must keep a clean and organized workspace.
- Keep inventory, glazes, and toppings, full.
- Maintain fryers.
- Complete all daily tasks per Back of House Checklists
- Maintain dress code.
- Restock doughnuts as needed.
- Help Front of House when needed.
Qualifications
- Leadership skills

- Able to juggle multiple tasks in fast environment
- Conflict resolution
- 18 years or older
Education and Experience
- Practical experience in various food service positions preferred
- Must obtain/maintain Serv Safe® or State certification
- Knowledge/training/certification in kitchen emergencies (First Aid, CPR, Fires)
