What You'll Do
- Craft a great cup of coffee, every time — hot, fresh, and made with care
- Get to know our regulars and make every customer feel welcome
- Keep things moving during the rush without ever feeling rushed
- Help teach customers about our specialty coffee and answer their questions
- Keep your station stocked, clean, and ready to go
- Jump in on Front of House when the team needs an extra hand
- Follow our Barista checklists so every shift runs smoothly
What We're Looking For
- A friendly, people-first attitude and strong communication skills
- Ability to stay organized and keep a cool head during a rush
- Comfortable standing for a full shift and moving at a steady pace
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and a true team player
Nice to have (not required):
- Previous food service or barista experience
- Some knowledge of specialty coffee
No coffee experience? No problem — we'll train you on everything from our espresso standards to our signature drinks.
