What are the responsibilities and job description for the Back of the House Team Member position at Parlor Doughnuts?
Parlor Doughnuts Gulf Shores, AL is hiring for a full- time position for back of the house ( breakfast station, lunch station, and dish station). The ideal candidates will have a passion for sweets, creativity, attention to detail, and customer service.
Must be 18 years old.
** this is a tipped position. Starting pay is $12/hour. Tips are split amongst all staff and range between an extra $5-$10/hr depending on season.**
Full weekend availability is required for this position.
Job Responsibility:
- Arrive clean and in proper uniform, and ready to work
- Provide friendly, professional, and efficient customer service
- Assist guests, answer menu questions, and promptly address customer concerns
- Prepare food and specialty doughnuts according to recipes, food safety requirements, and Parlor Doughnuts food quality standards
- Complete all daily and weekly prep, sidework, and station responsibilities
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked work station throughout the shift
- Follow all food safety. sanitation, and cleanliness standards
- Clean and sanitize equipment, dishes, doughnut trays, work surfaces, and other areas assigned
- Monitor inventory and notify management when supplies are low
- Work collaboratively with the entire tear to ensure orders re prepared accurately and delivered promptly
- Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by management
Pay: $16.00 - $21.00 per hour
