Pay:
$14–$21/hr (including tips)
- $11/hr base pay
- Guaranteed $3/hr minimum in tips
- Team members average $5–$10/hr additional in tips
Schedule:
- Morning shifts start at 6:00 AM
- Afternoon shifts start at 12:00 PM or 1:00 PM
- Shifts are typically 6–7 hours
- Weekend availability required (Saturday Sunday)
Early mornings are fast-paced — reliability is critical
About the role:
We’re looking for an experienced, self motivating barista, who can move with speed, stay organized under pressure, and deliver a great customer experience.
This is a high-energy, team-driven environment — especially during busy morning rushes.
What you’ll do:
- Prepare espresso drinks with consistency and efficiency
- Work closely with the kitchen team to keep orders moving
- Help customers choose drinks and doughnuts
- Ring in/prepare orders and cash customers out
- Maintain a clean, organized bar and workspace
- Deliver friendly, high-quality service every shift
Requirements:
- 1 year barista experience REQUIRED
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Latte art experience is a huge bonus
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Weekend availability
