Parlor Doughnuts - Part Time Team Member

Parlor Doughnuts is seeking reliable, energetic part time Team Members to join our growing team! This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, delivering excellent customer service, and creating high-quality food and beverages.

Responsibilities

• Greet and serve customers promptly and professionally.
• Build positive relationships while ensuring quick, accurate service.
• Keep all supplies stocked and organized at all times.
• Answer customer questions and provide menu guidance.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the store, including restrooms.
• Restock display cases with fresh doughnuts.
• Assemble boxes, stamp bags, and keep merchandise and grab-and-go items neat.
• Prepare high-quality coffee and specialty beverages.
• Prepare food items, including specialty products (Keto, Vegan, Muffins, Cookies).
• Prepare layered doughnuts from start to finish.
• Maintain fryers, inventory, glazes, and toppings.
• Assist with cleaning tasks such as dishes, sweeping, and trash removal.
• Arrive on time and ready for early opening shifts at 4:00 a.m.

Qualifications

• Friendly, positive attitude with strong customer-service skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable working under pressure during busy periods.
• Basic coffee or food service knowledge preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and time-management skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.

Experience & Certifications

• Food service or customer service experience preferred but not required.
• Must obtain and maintain Food Handler Certificate or applicable state certification.
• First Aid, CPR, or fire-safety training is a plus.
