Requirements / Qualifications
Two years of study at an institute of higher education equivalent to 48 semester units; or A. A. degree (or higher), or California Basic Educational Skills Test (CBEST); or Passage of a local assessment "Paraeducator Exam" demonstrating knowledge of, and the ability to, assist in the instruction of reading, writing and mathematics. Preferred one (1) year experience in working with school-age children in an organized setting
