Are you a licensed or pre-licensed therapist dreaming of private practice, but not sure where to start?

Parlami LLC, an established private practice in Lawrence, KS, is looking for licensed or pre-licensed clinical social workers, licensed professional counselors, and marriage and family therapists who want to explore private practice on their own terms.

This is not a traditional job. No clients will be handed to you, and this is not a position with an assigned caseload. What we are offering is the infrastructure, the professional environment, and the support system so that you can build something of your own without the financial risk that usually comes with it.

What we offer:

Access to a beautifully appointed, upscale private office and welcoming reception area in a professional suite, with zero overhead. No rent, no utilities, no administrative burden. You show up, see your clients, and focus entirely on clinical work.

We handle the business side so you don't have to, including:

• Full insurance credentialing, paid for you
• Insurance billing and claims management handled on your behalf (if desired, see compensation below)
• EHR access included
• Marketing strategy support and consultation if you want help growing your caseload
• A polished, established practice environment that communicates professionalism and trust to your clients

Available Office Hours:

Office space is available during the following times:

• Friday through Monday, all day
• Tuesday through Thursday, evenings after 5:00 PM

This schedule is well-suited for clinicians who are currently working a day job and want to build a private practice around their existing hours, or for anyone whose clients prefer weekend or evening availability. Many clients actively seek evening and weekend appointments and have a hard time finding them, so this is a genuine opportunity to fill a real gap in the community.

Maybe you just need a space.

Not everyone is looking to build a full practice. If you simply want a professional space to see a handful of clients on the side, that works too. Use the office when you need it, within the available hours above, without being locked into more than that.

• Launch a full-time private practice and grow at your own pace with real support behind you
• Keep your current job and see clients during evenings or weekends
• Use the space occasionally for a small number of private pay or insurance clients
• Gain supervised hours toward independent licensure in a professional practice setting

Compensation:

All splits are based on actual collections, meaning what is paid and received, not what is billed.

• 60/40 split (you keep 60% of collected revenue) when billing and claims are handled through Parlami
• 70/30 split (you keep 70% of collected revenue) if you manage your own billing independently

You are paid on what comes in, not on what is submitted. No desk rent, no hidden deductions on top of the split.

What we are looking for:

• LCSW, LPC, or MFT, fully licensed in Kansas, or pre-licensed and working toward independent licensure
• Clinicians who take their work seriously and are motivated to grow
• Self-starters who want professional autonomy without the overhead

To be clear about what this is:

You will be responsible for finding your own clients, doing your own marketing, and building your own caseload. What Parlami removes from that equation is the weight of office expenses, rent, utilities, EHR costs, credentialing fees, and billing headaches. You take on the clinical work and the business development. We take on the infrastructure, so those costs aren't on your shoulders as you are just trying to get started.
