We are hiring dependable local drivers to run delivery routes in the Washington, MO area.

Delivery Areas

Routes are currently being staffed immediately in:

• Washington, MO
• Surrounding Franklin County areas

Active Store Location

• Walmart 0172 – 1701 Aroy Dr, Washington, MO

Position Overview

This is a local, consistent delivery position with steady volume for reliable drivers.

• Drivers pick up packages directly from the store and head out on their route
• Pick up and go (no warehouse processing)
• Mostly soft parcels and small boxes
• Packages are generally under 35 lbs
• Routes typically average 30–50 packages with ~30–40 stops

This is steady work for drivers who show up, communicate, and deliver consistently.

Meet-Up Locations

Pickup is completed directly at your assigned Walmart store location.

Pay Structure

• $1500 - $1700 per week
• Bi-weekly pay for the first 30 days
• Transition to weekly pay after initial period
• Payday issued before 5:00 PM
• Average workday is about 8–10 hours depending on route size and pace

Driver Requirements

• Must have a cargo van (required)
• Must carry commercial auto insurance (minimum state requirements)
• Smartphone required
• No delivery experience needed
• No CDL required
• Must be reliable and consistent
