Hourly Shift Manager
Location: Parky's Smokehouse
Salary: $16 - $21 per hour (Pay commensurate with experience and availability)

We are seeking a motivated Hourly Shift Manager with a humble attitude and hunger for success to join our team and oversee daily operations during designated shifts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising employees, ensuring outstanding customer service, and maintaining smooth workflows. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a genuine passion for restaurant work.
Schedule: Evening and weekend availability required.

- Supervising employees, assigning duties, and managing labor costs
- Monitoring team performance and ensuring duties are performed efficiently
- Proactively identifying operational issues and suggesting practical solutions
- Reporting any issues that arise during the shift to management
- Ensuring compliance with company policies, health, and safety standards
- Coaching team members and training new staff with patience and consideration
- Opening and closing registers, accounting for the daily intake, and preparing cash deposits
- Handling customer issues promptly and professionally
- Staying consistently busy and engaged throughout shifts, looking for ways to improve operations
