Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing friendly and professional customer service throughout their visit
- Safely operate various vehicles, including those with manual transmissions, ensuring proper handling at all times
- Park and retrieve guest vehicles efficiently, adhering to parking regulations and dealership standards
- Assist guests with luggage or other needs, demonstrating excellent communication skills and a helpful attitude
- Maintain a clean and organized parking area, ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times
- Handle cash transactions accurately when applicable, including cash handling and retail math procedures
- Communicate clearly with team members to coordinate vehicle movements and ensure smooth operations during busy periods
Qualifications
- Previous experience in parking garage environments is preferred but not required
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; experience driving manual transmission vehicles is a plus
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse guests
- Ability to perform manual tasks such as parking vehicles safely and managing cash transactions confidently
- Knowledge of parking regulations and dealership procedures is advantageous
- Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to better serve our diverse clientele
- Prior experience as a delivery driver or in retail math/cashiering enhances your suitability for this role
