Position Summary

As the field supervisor you will be responsible for a wide range of duties from daily maintenance and auditing to customer and client interaction while maintaining a positive, helpful attitude.

Schedule

This is a full-time position (32 hours or more each week). Schedule is fkexible and can be adjusted on a week-to-week basis based on employee schedule.

Maintenance Duties and Responsibilities:

• Check in daily on all locations.

• Ensure all auditing equipment is functioning properly and perform necessary maintenance when needed.

• Ensure that all tickets, receipts, and other supplies are stocked properly.

• Ensure all signage is in working order (clean on weekly basis or as needed).
• Check for cleanliness at all locations; including but not limited to; trash pickup, sweeping, graffiti removal, and other cleaning relation items as necessary.
• Ensure all maintenance tasks and assignments are performed efficiently and thoroughly.

Auditing and Enforcement Duties and Responsibilities:

• Audit each designated parking lot/garage and check for violations.

• Issue notices to violators and follow detailed citation issuance protocol.

Customer and Client Service Duties and Responsibilities:

• Act as an ambassador for Parkwell, checking in on local businesses

• Greet every customer you encounter with warm and friendly greeting.

• Offer to assist every/any customer who appears to be in need of assistance.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism with clients and work to establish a positive rapport with every customer – learn the names and key people at each site (property managers, engineers, janitorial, security, etc).
• Report immediately to management any issues related to customer or client experience.
• Be able to answer incoming customer calls regarding service problems, customer questions and general client concerns.

Other Duties and Responsibilities:

• You will be asked from time to time to perform other duties not listed in this description. The expectation is that you are flexible and open-minded to these assignments.

Position Requirements

• Valid driver’s license
• Successful completion of criminal and motor vehicle background check
• Reliable transportation
• Must be okay working with hands and fixing things

Salary : $24 - $25
