Position Summary
The Assistant Project Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations. This role ensures exceptional guest service, operational efficiency, compliance, and financial performance while supporting team development and client satisfaction.
Schedule
This is a full-time position, with 40 hours per week expected. Schedule is consistent on a weekly basis but is subject to change based on business needs. Schedule will require weekend hours (Saturday and Sunday) with consecutive days off during the weekdays.
Key Responsibilities
Operations & Guest Experience
- Ensure a consistently high level of guest service is delivered across all locations
- Maintain overall cleanliness, organization, and presentation of all facilities
- Respond promptly to operational issues, including call-offs, scheduling changes, and service disruptions
- Fill scheduling gaps as needed to ensure uninterrupted operations
Team Leadership & Development
- Recruit, onboard, train, and develop team members
- Foster accountability, engagement, safety, and employee well-being
- Provide coaching and performance management to ensure team success
Client & Customer Relations
- Maintain professional, responsive communication with clients and customers
- Ensure client satisfaction and proactively address concerns
- Represent the company with professionalism at all times
Financial & Business Management
- Support P&L management and execute strategies to meet or exceed budget expectations
- Assist with implementation of marketing initiatives and revenue optimization strategies
- Analyze operational and financial performance to identify opportunities for improvement
- Complete all required reporting and documentation accurately and on time for clients and company leadership
Compliance & Safety
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, policies, and safety standards
- Promote a safe working environment for both employees and guests

Qualifications:
Qualifications
- 2–5 years of operations, parking, hospitality, or property management experience preferred by not required
- Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with scheduling, budgeting, and operational reporting
- Ability to work flexible hours

- Experience managing high paced environments
- Familiarity with parking management systems or revenue control tools
- Customer-focused mindset with strong attention to detail
Work Environment
- Primarily on-site across multiple parking locations

Salary : $45,000 - $48,000
