What are the responsibilities and job description for the Parkway Representative position at Parkway?
The Parkway Representative will have a mix of Parking Attendant and Patroller duties. This Seasonal Parkway Representative will be responsible for directing traffic into specified parking facilities and instructing entering customers where to park as well as patrolling our lots for vehicles that need to be issued citations. The Event Specialist ensures the smooth flow of traffic in the facility. This position also assists customers with any questions or concerns or explains Company policies. Our ideal candidate is a high-energy individual who enjoys working with the public and delivering exceptional customer service. This position may work at several locations as needed within the downtown area.
Qualifications:
- Previous customer service experience.
Hours:
- 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM or 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM during events
- Sunday and Monday 8-hour shifts TBD
