Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist them with check-in and check-out procedures for vehicle service appointments
• Provide accurate information regarding service procedures, timelines, and costs
• Coordinate with technicians and service advisors to ensure timely and efficient vehicle servicing
• Address customer inquiries and resolve any concerns or issues promptly and professionally
• Maintain a clean and organized service lane area to promote a welcoming environment
• Document customer interactions and service details accurately in the system
• Support the overall flow of the service department to enhance customer satisfaction
