Essential Job Functions
Plan, implement, and document personal home visits with families with children birth to five; conduct and interpret screenings and share results with parents; develop appropriate developmental activity sessions with parents and children; and suggest referral resources to families as needed.

Qualifications
- Requires Bachelor's Degree
- Certification in Early Childhood Education, Early Childhood Special Education or Social Work
- Early Childhood experience is required
- Parents as Teachers National Center Foundational Training preferred
- Working knowledge of Google Apps
- Willingness to learn new computer applications necessary for the job
- Ability to speak Spanish fluently a plus
- Excellent interpersonal skills and be able to communicate effectively to students, parents, school personnel and others
- Knowledgeable about child development birth to age 5
- Physical mobility to make home visits to children from birth to 5 years of age
