About the Role

The Facilities & Shuttle Driver plays a key role in both guest service and hotel operations. This position supports the engineering team with light maintenance tasks while also serving as a warm, professional transportation driver for airport, local, and scheduled guest trips.

You are the friendly face guests rely on — whether you’re fixing a small issue in their room or driving them safely to their destination. This role requires professionalism, dependability, and a commitment to providing excellent service at all times.

What You’ll Do

• Safely transport guests to and from the airport, local attractions, and other designated destinations.

• Deliver exceptional guest service by assisting with luggage, offering helpful local information, and ensuring a comfortable ride.

• Maintain the shuttle vehicle by keeping it clean, fueled, and completing routine safety and condition checks.

• Follow assigned transportation schedules and promptly communicate any delays, issues, or guest needs.

• Ensure full compliance with traffic laws, hotel policies, and all safety and security standards.

• Keep accurate transportation logs, mileage records, and required documentation.

• Adhere to company grooming, uniform, and dress code standards at all times.

• Assist the facilities team with various projects or tasks as assigned.

• Perform other duties as needed to support hotel operations and guest satisfaction.
