Position Overview
Under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), the CNA provides essential hands-on care and supports daily living needs for residents. The CNA plays an integral role in ensuring a safe, clean, and comfortable environment while promoting dignity, respect, and quality of life.
Primary Responsibilities
Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
Support nutritional care, including meal delivery, feeding assistance, and hydration
Take and record vital signs, weights, and other observations; promptly report changes to nursing staff
Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming resident environment
Transport residents within the facility for therapy, activities, or medical care
Document care provided in accordance with facility policies
Collaborate with nursing and interdisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional, resident-centered care
Schedule & Availability
Full-Time and Part-Time Positions Available
All Shifts (Days, Evenings, Nights)
