Business Office Manager / BillerFull-Time | On-SiteWe are seeking an experienced Business Office Manager/Biller to oversee the financial operations of our facility. This role is responsible for managing billing, collections, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and cash flow to ensure accuracy, compliance, and strong financial performance. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced healthcare environment.Key Responsibilities:Billing & Accounts Receivable: Accurately and timely bill all payers, including Medicare, Medicaid, Managed Care, Hospice, and Private Pay. Reconcile ancillary invoices and billing logs and ensure proper posting within PCC. Oversee cash receipts, daily deposits, and reconciliation of Cash Log to PCC and bank statements. Conduct weekly aging reviews with the Administrator and monthly reviews with the Regional A/R Manager. Prepare adjustments and bad debt write-offs for approval.Census & Reporting: Review admission financials and ensure census accuracy in PCC. Prepare and distribute the Daily Census Report. Complete end-of-month processes, revenue reconciliations, and charge audits.Personal Needs Accounts (PNA) and Office oversight: Adheres to State and Federal Personal Needs Account rules and regulations. Maintains Resident Trust account, including cash deposits, withdrawals, and performs monthly reconciliation. Leads and supports Business Office staff, including receptionists.Compliance & Administrative Duties: Assist with State, Federal, and Corporate audits. Maintain Business Office policies and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
