Join PARKWAY LAW GROUP LLC as a Pre-Closer, where you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth real estate transactions. We are a dynamic team dedicated to providing exceptional service to our clients in Lawrenceville, GA.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review closing documents for accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate with clients, lenders, and real estate agents to facilitate closings.
• Conduct title searches and resolve any title issues prior to closing.
• Manage communication between all parties involved in the transaction.
• Assist in the preparation of settlement statements and disclosures.
• Ensure all necessary documents are collected and organized for closings.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of real estate laws and regulations.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-3 years of experience in real estate closings or title processing.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and SoftPro Select closing software.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
