Bear Mountain Healthcare has immediate openings for a Registered Nurse unit manager looking to work in our Long Term Care Facility in the West Roxbury, MA area. The Unit Manager acts as an extension of the Director of Nursing and Assistant Director of Nursing for the unit they are responsible for. This person will coordinate with the nursing and infection control teams the continuous compliance of staff with policies and procedures and any annual trainings. This person will be the ambassador to our nursing staff, management and residents and will follow all QAPI procedures and assessments. This person will perform other duties as assigned in the job description.

Bear Mountain at Reading provides short-term rehab, long-term care, and respite care to support patients and their families with understanding, compassion, and respect. Staffed by dedicated professionals committed to excellence, this 141-bed facility fosters a welcoming environment focused on patient-centered care, promoting healing, recovery, and comfort. The unit manager will oversee only one unit, responsible for 40 residents, ensuring personalized attention and effective management within their designated area.

Job Requirements:
- Valid license in the state of MA.
- 2 years of prior experience working in a skilled LTC setting preferred.
