They demonstrate expertise in their specialty area and maintain strong clinical skills.As a Clinical Nurse Program Supervisor, you can promote and facilitate change. You utilize evidence-based practice to educate other licensed nurses and assist in developing resident plan of care to facilitate positive clinical outcomes and resident satisfaction.PRINCIPLE DUTIES:Review all newly admitted residents including a head-to-toe assessment, medication reconciliation, identify areas of concern and implement a plan of care for the front-line team to follow.Manage and assess any change of condition and recommend plan of care optionsProvide training to front line nursing team on specific educational areas in order to meet the needs of the resident.Identify and propose new policies and procedures to the Director of Nursing and Nursing Home Administrator to meet the day-to-day needs of the resident.Provide coordination of care with nursing and other resident services to ensure the continuity of the residents’ total regimen of care.Provide oversite and direction to the DSD to coordinate trainings necessary to meet the needs of the resident and clinical diagnosis of the population served.Head planning efforts, partnering with the DSD for clinical skills fair and clinical onboarding and annual competencies for licensed nursing staff, Registered Nurses in particular.Manage resident and family grievances to promote customer satisfactionWhy you’ll love Park Vista:Park Vista is our health center providing living options in Assisted Living, Skilled Nursing, and Memory Care.
