Job Summary
- Understand who our customers are and what our customers expect of us.
- Be the first to respond to any customer request or need.
- Support other members of the work team in meeting customer needs.
- Be accountable for the technical and behavioral competencies of the job.
- Provides and facilitates professional interdisciplinary and nursing care to patients in the home setting; while providing supervision to other nursing staff including LPNs, LPN IIs, C.N.As and phlebotomists in a collaborative effort with physicians and other members of the HealthCare Team to promote positive patient outcomes.
Licensure
Current Colorado Registered Nurse or Nurse Licensure Compact (Multi State Licensure) required.
