Job Summary

Certification
National Phlebotomy certification required for Phlebotomist II from the American Society of Clinical Pathologist (ASCP) or the American Society of Phlebotomy Technicians (ASPT).
Education
High school graduate or equivalent. Post-secondary medical education preferred.
Experience
Previous phlebotomy experience preferred.
6 months previous phlebotomy experience required for the outpatient areas. If the job requires driving for Parkview, the employee must have a current Colorado drivers license, may need to be 21, and may need to submit proof of insurance coverage.
