Job Summary

- Be the first to respond to any customer request or need.
- Support other members of the work team in meeting customer needs.
- Be accountable for the technical and behavioral competencies of the job.
- To deliver occupational therapy evaluation, treatment and education to patients of all ages in the home setting.
- To collaborate with physicians and other members of the healthcare team.
- To provide supervision to Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants.
Licensure
Current Colorado Occupational Therapist License required.
Registration
Current registry from the National Board for Registration in Occupational Therapy, as an OTR.
Certification
Education
Bachelors degree in Occupational Therapy required. Masters Degree preferred
Experience
Experience in Occupational Therapy in an acute, rehab or outpatient setting. Home Health experience preferred. If the job requires driving for Parkview, the employee must have a current Colorado drivers license, may need to be 21, and may need to submit proof of insurance coverage.
