What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dietary Aide position at Parkview Home of Freeport?

Parkview is seeking Part Time Dietary Assistants to work evening shifts (3-7 pm); including every other weekend. Duties including baking, setting up dining room, serving meals to residents, cleaning up dining room, operating dishwasher, putting away dishes, and other routine restaurant duties. Restaurant or food service experience a plus but not required.
All employees must be neat and clean in appearance and have the ability to communicate with senior citizens and coworkers. Students age 16 and older are welcome to apply. Every other weekend commitment is required.
Physical requirements including bending, lifting up to 50 pounds occasionally, stooping, carrying trays, standing/walking during shift. All offers of employment are contingent upon meeting all hiring requirements which include passing physical, drug screen, criminal background check and fingerprinting per IDPH regulations.
