This position is eligible for a sign on bonus.
The Comprehensive Heart Treatment unit (CHT) is located in the Parkview Heart Institute at Parkview Regional Medical Center. This is a 30-bed cardiac progressive unit, specializing in the treatment of heart failure and varying cardiac related diagnoses. CHT is heart failure certified by the American College of Cardiology. This unit will help build strong foundations in advanced cardiac care.
- Quarterly $250 “Lifestyle Benefit” (for 0.8–1.0 FTE) (Can be used for groceries, food, gym memberships, spa days, etc.)
- 16 hours of voluntary time off available to all coworkers annually.
- Pet insurance offered: 70% reimbursement on qualifying/critical vet bills.
- Bedside RN Loan Repayment : Eligible RNs can receive up to $30,000 in student loan payoff. Hospital issues a monthly payment (~$600) on the nurse’s loans.
- School Assistance : $2,000 annually for non-critical roles. $4,000 annually for organizationally critical positions
- Hotel Program: Must be working at least 0.6 FTE or higher. Applicable if you live more than 50 miles away from the Parkview Hospital location. Lodging coverage: For 0.6 FTE co-workers → 2 nights per week; For 0.9 FTE co-workers → 3 nights per week Nurses can choose which nights are covered, aligned with their shift schedule. The hotel lodging benefit is available for up to two years. If after or during the two-year period the nurse opts for a full-time relocation to the area, a relocation bonus may be available.
- Relocation Assistance: Must live 50 miles away from hospital they will be working at New Grad: $2,500; Experienced: $5,000. Must relocate 50 miles from home facility.
