Serves as a concept conduit related to patient‐centered care principles and clinical practice. Identifies PPG practice improvement opportunities and operational changes to improve results. Researches evidence based practice guidelines for ambulatory care. Collaborates with care teams to facilitate use of standard operating procedures and clinical protocols. Plays a pivotal role in guiding medical assistant new hires through their transition into clinical practice. Supports Medical Assistants who need remediation.
