Parkview Hospice provides professional health care in the privacy of homes and in many area long-term care facilities. As a service of Parkview Health, we are a not-for-profit agency providing services to meet our patient and caregivers special needs. We are also licensed by the state of Indiana, accredited by the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations, and certified by Medicare and Medicaid, with locations in Columbia City, Fort Wayne, Huntington and Kendallville, serving northeastern Indiana.

Volunteers that are Veterans visit hospice patients that are also Veterans. Patient's may live in an Extended Care Facilities, community hospitals, or in personal residence. Volunteers may choose to visit patients in Columbia City, Fort Wayne, Huntington, Wabash, Auburn, Angola, Kendallville, LaGrange and the surrounding communities in Northeast Indiana. Volunteers provide companionship to patients or their caregivers, sit with a patient so the caregiver can leave home for a short time and assist with pinning ceremonies to honor Veterans.
