What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dental Front Office position at Parkview Dental Group?
DENTAL FRONT OFFICE
Our front office staff play a key role in the team’s ability to deliver high standards of patient care, you will need to be able to:
· Handle incoming/outgoing calls
- Understand and communicate dental procedures and needs
- Schedule patient appointments
- Post completed treatment and collect patient copays
- Assist with billing and account receivables
- Assist with treatment planning
