What are the responsibilities and job description for the MDS Coordinator position at Parkview Care Center?
MDS Coordinator assesses, evaluates and implements individual plans of care known as MDS 3.0 for each resident in the facility.
The MDS Coordinator must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing and must possess and be responsible for all actions necessary to maintain a current license as a Registered Nurse with the Iowa State Board of Nursing.
Experience in a hospital or long term care facility is preferred.
