THE FOOD SERVICE MANAGER POSITION IS RESPONSIBLE FOR PLANNING, ORGANIZING, DEVELOPING AND DIRECTING THE OPERATIONS OF THE DIETARY DEPARTMENT IN ACCORDANCE WITH FEDERAL, STATE AND LOCAL REGULATIONS AND CONSISTENT WITH FACILITY GUIDELINES. REPORTS TO THE ADMINISTRATOR.
