Anticipated job duties include but not limited to:
- replace light bulbs
- pressure wash
- minor electrical issue assessment
- minor cabinet repair
- hang pictures
- replace ceiling tiles
- minor remediation and cleaning
- minor landscaping
- run errands to purchase maintenance supplies
- assist maintenance crew with larger tasks
- responsible for maintaining compactor area cleanliness
- set up/break down of tables/chairs
- move furniture
Requirements: Must be at least 18 years of age, maintain current Louisiana Driver’s License, and clean driving record. Must pass fingerprint-based background check.
Strong organizational, communication, and listening skills. Must be able to lift 50 pounds regularly and 100 pounds occasionally.
