We’re looking for friendly, reliable Dining Room Staff to join our team and help create a warm, welcoming dining experience for our residents. If you enjoy serving others, staying active, and working in a team‑focused environment, this role is a great fit.
⭐ What You’ll Do
- Deliver and present food and beverages to residents in the dining room
- Keep work areas clean, sanitized, and organized
- Provide excellent service and ensure resident satisfaction
- Deliver meals to residents who dine in their rooms
- Assist with basic food prep and serving as needed
- Maintain personal hygiene and follow department dress code
- Communicate respectfully with residents, families, visitors, and coworkers
- Support the dietary team with additional tasks as assigned
⭐ What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to follow instructions and work well with a team
- Reliable, positive, and eager to help
⭐ Physical Requirements
This is an active role that requires:
- Constant standing and walking
- Frequent bending, reaching, lifting, pushing, and pulling
- Ability to lift or move up to 50 lbs
