We're currently hiring Licensed Professional Counselors (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW), and Licensed Marriage & Family Therapists (LMFT) to join our growing team in Erie, PA.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide trauma-focused therapy to clients of all ages (children, adolescents, and adults)
- Conduct clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with other professionals when needed
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Enjoy no on-call or weekend work
Pay & Benefits:
- $70,000 annual salary potential, our therapists are paid a base salary with additional earnings determined by experience and hours billed (no cap on earnings)
- Up to $8,000 sign-on/retention bonus for fully licensed professionals
- Minimum 4 weeks of paid time off (PTO)

Requirements:
- Must be fully licensed in Pennsylvania as one of the following:
- LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor)
- LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker)
- LMFT (Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist)
- Passion for trauma-informed, client-centered care
- Strong documentation and time management skills
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a supportive team culture
