What are the responsibilities and job description for the Associate Dentist position at Parkside Dental?
Looking for an Associate Dentist who can work a minimum of 2 days per work or at most 4 days per week, associate’s preference.
Days available are Mondays 8-5, Tuesday 8-5, Wednesday 8-5, Thursday 9-6, Friday 8-5
Base pay or percentage of production whichever is higher. Base pay is limited to first 3 months of employment.
We are located in a very fast-growing area just South of Sioux Falls in Tea, SD. We have been serving our community for 10 years!
The office is a clean modern environment and along with an outstanding staff, boasts many of the latest technologies to assist in delivery of excellent dental care, including a Medit scanner, a Glidewell FastMill.io, Solea Laser, 3D Printers, Digital radiographs, CBCT, I/O cameras and more. Currently our providers offer extractions, crown/bridge, traditional orthodontics, implants, pediatrics, in-house clear aligners, 3D printed surgical guides, 3D printed dentures, and more. A majority of endodontics is referred out, but any associate is welcome to do as much or as little as they are comfortable with and we have all the equipment necessary to do any aspect of dentistry. For the associate, there will be a friendly environment of support and mentorship.
With an established and loyal patient base that continues to grow, we are ready to add a third associate to our practice. Ideally, our newest associate will work 2-3 days per week, with discussion available for a 4th day. We expect our associates to provide exceptional care and treatment, including all aspects of bread-and-butter dentistry. For this opportunity, we are open to both experienced doctors and new graduates! However, a few years of experience will get our attention first. Good interpersonal skills, an excellent pair of hands, thorough diagnostic capability and a drive to produce high quality dentistry will be considered essential.
We have begun to outgrown our current clinic and are currently in the process of building a new larger office to move into just a few blocks away from a current location, providing the opportunity for further growth and development.
