Job Type: PRN
Pay: $38.00–$60.00 per hour, depending on position and experience
Parkside Center for Nursing & Rehabilitation in Ellijay, GA, is seeking compassionate and motivated rehabilitation professionals to join our team on a PRN basis.
We are currently hiring:
- Physical Therapists (PT)
- Occupational Therapists (OTR)
- Physical Therapist Assistants (PTA)
- Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP)
Responsibilities
- Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans within the appropriate scope of practice.
- Provide therapy services based on each resident’s needs and goals.
- Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Collaborate with nursing, therapy, medical, and interdisciplinary team members.
- Educate residents, families, and caregivers regarding treatment plans and techniques.
- Follow all facility policies and applicable state and federal regulations.
- Help residents improve their mobility, independence, communication, and overall quality of life.
Qualifications
- Current Georgia license or certification applicable to the position.
- Graduate of an accredited therapy program.
- Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of an interdisciplinary team.
- Skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or long-term care experience is preferred.
