Park Place Nursing & Rehab is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our skilled nursing team and provide high-quality therapy services to our residents.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Physical Therapist in implementing treatment plans
- Provide therapeutic exercises and mobility training
- Monitor and document patient progress
- Help improve residents’ strength, mobility, and overall quality of life
- Ensure compliance with all therapy and safety standards
Requirements:
- Active Georgia PTA License
- Experience in SNF / Rehab / LTC preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Passion for improving residents’ quality of life
