Seasonal employees are typically employed between Memorial Day and Labor Day (may vary based on location). Park and Recreation Aides can work in many different areas within a park or historic site, including: - Park Offices - Park and Trail Maintenance, Groundskeeping, and Landscaping - Pools and Beach areas - Historic Site Tours, Visitor Areas, and Gift Shops - Nature Centers- Sanitation and Cleaning - Golf Courses and Pro Shops - Patron Assistance...and more! Many park regions also employ a limited number of seasonal trades people, recreation specialists, and other specialized roles.
