Parks Marina is looking for a Service Writer to join our Service Department! If you’re organized, customer-focused, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this is your chance to be the link between our customers and technicians.
What You’ll Do
- Greet customers and help them with service needs.
- Write up work orders, provide estimates, and keep customers updated.
- Coordinate with technicians and the parts team to keep jobs moving smoothly.
- Make sure invoices are accurate and service tickets are closed promptly.
- Support the Service Manager with scheduling and warranty claims.
What We’re Looking For
- Customer service experience (automotive, marine, RV, or similar service environment a plus).
- Strong communication skills and professional demeanor.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
- Comfortable using computers and learning service management systems.
- Mechanical knowledge is helpful, but not required — we’ll train the right person!
