About the Role
We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Boat Prepper to help bring brand-new boats to life! In this hands-on role, you’ll be the final touch before a boat heads out to its excited new owner. You’ll unwrap, install, and polish up each boat so it’s fully ready for adventure.
No prior boating experience? No problem. If you have basic mechanical knowledge and are comfortable using hand tools, we’ll train you on everything you need to know.
Duties
- Remove factory packaging and protective wrap
- Install batteries, speakers, propellers, and minor boat systems
- Use basic tools to perform light mechanical work
- Clean and detail each boat to showroom standards
- Check for quality and readiness before customer delivery
- Work closely with a fun, supportive crew who love what they do
