What are the responsibilities and job description for the Arroyo Seco Day Use Attendant Team position at Parks Management Companies/Camp One?
The Day-Use Attendant works to provide an exceptional experience to all visitors in Day Use Areas while maintaining fee compliance and upholding cleanliness and safety standards.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Reservation management
- Greet guests and answer any questions they may have
- Explain campground layout and direct guests to campsites
- Ensure proper payment is received
- Enforce rules and regulations as outlined by Parks Management Company
- Inventory and stocking of campground supplies to include firewood, cleaning supplies, etc.
- Clean campsites after camper departure
- Maintain bathroom cleanliness and properly stock with essential toiletries
- Rubbish Collection and Consolidation
- Basic grounds keeping including vegetation removal
- Daily financial reporting.
- May provide backup to kiosk and Day-Use Attendant
Arroyo Seco Recreation Area is located 20 miles west of Greenfield, CA off of US Highway 101 in Monterey County next to the Arroyo Seco River. The campground has 47 sites - modern, primitive, and group. The campground offers views of the Ventana Wilderness mountain peaks and lakes. It is nested into the hillside surrounded by abundant shrubbery and large oak trees.
