Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the sales department.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Train and mentor sales staff to achieve their goals.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the dealership to ensure availability.
- Foster strong relationships with customers to enhance their buying experience.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
Requirements:
Required: Proven experience in automotive sales management.- Preferred: Experience with luxury vehicle sales.
- Required: Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Required: Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Preferred: Knowledge of CRM software and sales tracking tools.
