Join Our Team as a Restaurant Server at Soprana Rooftop Cucina, located atop the Embassy Suites by Hilton Asheville Downtown!
At Parks Hospitality Group, we are looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Restaurant Server to join our Food & Beverage team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent food and beverage service to guests, ensuring a positive dining experience in a fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Greet guests warmly and create a welcoming dining experience.
- Present menus, take accurate orders, and provide tailored recommendations.
- Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring accuracy and attention to guest needs.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the meal, addressing requests and refilling beverages.
- Respond knowledgeably to guest inquiries about menu items and dietary needs.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders.
- Clear and reset tables efficiently to maintain cleanliness and organization.
- Handle guest feedback professionally and escalate concerns to management if needed.
- Assist with opening and closing duties, including dining area setup and workstation cleaning.
What You’ll Need:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of restaurant serving experience.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
