Join Our Team as a Kitchen Supervisor at the Hilton Garden Inn Raleigh Cary
At Parks Hospitality Group, we are seeking a skilled Kitchen Supervisor to oversee back-of-house operations. You will work with the kitchen staff during meal periods and banquets, maintain inventory, and ensure food safety and quality.
What You’ll Do:
- Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality food preparation and presentation.
- Manage kitchen staff, providing training and guidance.
- Monitor inventory levels, handle orders, and control food costs.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Work closely with the Executive Chef to maintain and update menus.
- Manage kitchen maintenance, ensuring equipment is cleaned and functional.
- Assist the Executive Chef with banquets and meal periods
What You’ll Need:
- 3 years of kitchen operations experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
