Job Description:
- Receive and communicate with all prospective customers wanting to sell their vehicle to the dealership
- Text, Call, Email these prospects using dealership systems
- Present customers with offers on their vehicles
- Transact the purchase agreement with the customer using formalized paperwork
- Be or become a NC Notary
- Appraise and identify values on vehicles
- Contact private sellers and service customers to prospect for vehicle acquisitions
- Work closely with management
- Rate and present prices on extended coverages for customers
- Computer skills
- Must be able to communicate most of day with customers and employees
- Must be self-directing
- Training provided
